Resilience.

Resilience.
1 :  the capability of a strained body to recover its size and shape after deformation caused especially by compressive stress
2 :  an ability to recover from or adjust easily to misfortune or change

Take a step back, take a breather.
Think, take a while to ponder.
Rush it not, but do it right.
Find the strength to last you through the night.

Resilience takes the form of a seed in the mind. It is hardy and unwavering, more often than not the force that tows us along even as we are desperately screaming for release. Never to give up, but rather pull on through.

If we do not expect the best from ourselves, who are we to expect that from the people around us?

the CRUNCH. (48)

And you question yourself: Is it worth all the effort?
The experience that we've invested in. Dragged ourselves through.
'Cause every single bit of it is worth it (:
