Does one succeed, or does one choose to succeed. Do we fail, or do we choose to fail?

Everyone has his worst moments in life.
And yet, the only difference; who he has beside him in his lowest moments.

Here is thanks to a good friend, who had been there to listen, and to share.

We trudge through beaten down path, going in the direction where most have been, might have been, and would be going. Some call it, the path of success. Some reach the end; others, they give up trying. Tired we are some point in time in this arduous journey, to a future fraught with uncertainties, who is'nt? We begin to question, of the meaning of our goal, our efforts, what it would be like at the end of the tunnel. We ponder over the most insignificant of thought, fragments of uncertainties, never ending chains of worry. Here, a small minority find their way back to the worn out path, others stumble, often into the waiting darkness.

Mostly having fallen, into the engufing darkness we find meaning, we value, cherish what we have, we gain new insights into problems that were, never before noticed. We find also, ourselves. Someone once told me this:

There are two days in a week that we should not worry about. One of these days are filled with blunders, full of pain, guilt and negativity. These cannot be erased, cannot be blocked and is of course, beyond our control. The other of the day is filled with anticipation, both of uncertainties, and of hope. It is full of unfulfilled burdens, of worries; full of promise, full of doubts, and yet, out of our control it is. The first of the days is yesterday, and the second, tomorrow, full of unfulfilled wishes, worries and problems. However, as we all know, and understand that, as the sun rises, whether beyond view in the clouds, or high in the sky, it will be there. Our woes, worries, difficulties alike, beyond a shadow of doubt, are there. How we embrace them, approach them, is what matters. And that leaves only one day that we should worry about -- today, the present.

People fight only the battles of a day. What has already happen today would drive you mad, and what could happen tomorrow would bring you dread. We despair often of what happen in the past, and what is going to happen next, but we don't despair when we're fighting our battles. Fight them till the end we will, and do our best, our utmost, despite the results, we shall.

We can all quit, but what would we do if we were to quit? We can give up, but, what next? More often than expected, we can be winners, we can be the biggest losers, of the two, which would one choose? In our hands lie the choice, our decisions the determining factor.

As the saying goes, "behind every successful man stands a woman" Behind every success story, behind an acheiver, stands people, loyal friends, close partners, the ones we cherish. It is them, who give us the strength, the strength to carry on when we are feeling low. It is them, who give us the deserved applause and the clap on the back when we succeed. It is them, that we should not forget.

And to those who have stood beside me, provided me support and encouragement when needed, thank you. Thank you, from the bottom of my heart. (:

To those around me, thank you all, for being a part of my life, for who you are, and what you stand for.
