Sometimes we just wonder, what we should be feeling at a point in time. 

When you're conflicted, your heart tells you something, your brain, otherwise.

To have these two tectonic plates violently clashing, culmination of which - unbearable emotions.

The good times, they were really great, weren't they?
So don't look only at the bad, yeah? Though it must really have been unbearable. Sigh.
Well, I'm sure there were really special moments, unique to you, and only you.
So much so, that any other bystander could only dream of having them.
Relish in it, learn from it, and hopefully, just hopefully, try as best not to repeat it.
That's just my opinion; after-all, I really am in no position to comment.
